Bilingual HR Recruiter

Description

We are seeking an organized and motivated Entry-Level HR Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across retail and administrative roles. The ideal candidate is bilingual Spanish, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for retail and administrative openings.

+ Post jobs on internal systems, job boards, and social platforms.

+ Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

+ Maintain accurate candidate records and track applicant progress in Paycom or other applicant tracking systems.

+ Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process in both languages as needed.

+ Support onboarding and pre-employment processes for new hires.

+ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.

+ Help ensure a positive candidate experience from application through offer stage.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bilingual Spanish required.

+ 2+ year of experience in recruiting, HR support, or talent acquisition preferred.

+ Experience recruiting for retail and administrative roles preferred.

+ Experience using Paycom preferred.

+ Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings at once.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems preferred.
