- – Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- – Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communication with employees and vendors.
- – Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data submission and compliance with deadlines.
- – Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
- – Help coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth transitions during employee exits.
- – Generate and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, and other key metrics.
- – Assist in streamlining and optimizing HR administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- – Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other administrative matters.
- – 0-2 years of internship experience and/or relevant coursework in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- – Proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong Excel skills.
- – Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- – Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- – Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- – Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
