Human Resources Manager

Our client is a leading global medical device and consumer goods group with offices and staff worldwide. We are searching for a HR Manager to be responsible for both corporate and LATAM HQ based from Miami.

• Strong HR Manager to drive HR for the corporate business population across LATAM
• Designing and implementing a world class HR provision including:
  Business Partnering; HR Operations; L&D; OD;
  Engagement; HR projects / Change;
  Talent...
• Key part of the LATAM HR leadership team
• Business partner to senior leaders
• Manage the corporate HR department including payroll, admin, reception etc
• Leading many projects in particularly transformation, change, systems, processes
  
  Reporting to the Head HR LATAM & Corporate

• Educated to degree standard or equivalent, Masters degree or professional qualification an advantage
• At least 6-8 years HR management experience in a dynamic global environment
• Experience leading HR for populations across LATAM and providing a world class people service to the business
• Good experience and knowledge of HR, Social security, Pensions, Contracts etc
• Excellent business partnering skills and ability to work with senior management - coaching, advising and becoming a trusted advisor
• Fluent English essential, Spanish an advantage
