Bilingual HR Manager | English & Spanish

Are you the HR professional managers turn to when they need a clear answer and practical follow-through? HRH Search is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to run the everyday people function and help employees and managers work through hiring, workplace issues and change.

Your focus

• Keep hiring moving, help new employees get established and guide managers through performance conversations.

• Resolve employee concerns with sound judgment, careful documentation and consistent treatment.

• Check payroll inputs, coordinate benefits matters with an outside provider and investigate discrepancies.

• Deliver useful employee training in both languages and keep HR records, policies and reporting dependable.

What will help you succeed

• Experience taking responsibility for broad HR work, including recruiting, employee relations and payroll coordination.

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including written communication and leading training in either language.

• Familiarity with employment requirements and the judgment to handle private employee matters carefully.

• Availability for a full-time, on-site position in Cutler Bay.

• Experience working with a PEO or ADP is valuable. Relevant education or a comparable practical HR background can support your application.
