We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to work on a contract engagement in the Miami, FL area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, configuring, imaging, and deploying laptops, desktops, and radiology workstations within healthcare or enterprise environments.

This role involves on-site technical support, system setup, and deployment at multiple client locations. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and have strong communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and test laptops, desktops, and radiology workstations at client sites.
• Perform hardware and software imaging, upgrades, and system configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate deployment records, inventory tracking, and ticket documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Field Technician, Desktop Support Technician, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 imaging, deployment tools (SCCM, MDT, etc.), and system configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting hardware, peripherals, and networking issues.
• Experience with hardware and software imaging, upgrades, and system configuration.
