** Key Responsibilities
*** Manage IT Life Cycle Tasks – Coordinate and oversee activities across Security, Business Platforms, and Data & Analytics, ensuring alignment with Rialto IT initiatives and ongoing processes.
* Apply Agile Project Practices – Use lightweight project management methods to promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous delivery within the IT team.
* Facilitate Stakeholder Alignment – Bridge communication between IT and business stakeholders, track progress, and drive adoption of improvements that ensure the success of IT initiatives.
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s Degree required in IT or related field.
* 5+ years of experience managing IT initiatives with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
* Familiarity with IT frameworks such as Security, Development, Risk Management.
* Skilled in Agile portfolio or program management tools (Smartsheet, Monday).
* Strong communication and facilitation skills with executives and technical teams.

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop.  The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines.
