We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and data that power our marketing machine. This role will be central to optimizing funnel performance, enabling smart segmentation, and driving lead nurturing in close collaboration with the Growth team.
Responsibilities:
- Deep hands-on expertise in Hub Spot and basic knowledge in Salesforce (field mapping).
- Design, implement, and optimize email marketing and nurture campaign strategies to drive engagement, lead progression, and conversion.
- Maintain operational workflows, scoring models, and segmentation strategies that support personalized, scalable campaign execution.
- Partner with the GTM Operations team to ensure lead flow alignment, clean data management, and unified reporting across marketing and sales.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Assist with event operations (flows, routing, pages, reporting)
- Work cross-functionally with content, demand generation, and SDR teams to support pipeline growth and accelerate revenue impact.
- Be the go-to person for the marketing team's operational and data needs.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Hub Spot and SFDC, including integrations and campaign performance tracking.
- Strong background in email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and process improvement.
- Basic understanding of full-funnel infrastructure, from top-of-funnel traffic through SQLs, closed-won customers, and renewals.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment – a must.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops, Cloud infrastructure, or Kubernetes is a significant advantage.
