EY is looking for an experienced Manager to lead SAP Finance implementation in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
• Manage client engagements, oversee delivery teams, and maintain billable client charging.
• Travel to client sites as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of SAP consulting experience, focusing on the PRA module within IS-OIL.
• Proven delivery of SAP PRA implementations in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting, production reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 60%+ of the time.

• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting or related modules.
• Experience with at least three full‑cycle implementations of the core module.
• Additional SAP Finance certificates or accounting department experience.
