Data Analyst Leader

• Serve as primary point of contact for front-end data analysis initiatives
• Gather requirements from stakeholders across the company and translate them into actionable specifications for dashboards and reports
• Lead and mentor business data analysts across multiple units, ensuring consistent methodologies and best practices
• Design, develop, and maintain reliable and scalable dashboards, visualizations, and data solutions that support decision-making
• Establish and enforce robust data governance framework to ensure data integrity, data privacy, and compliance
• Monitor and improve data quality, resolving discrepancies across reporting systems
• Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and business teams to integrate and optimize data sources for reporting solutions
• Stay current with emerging data technologies and methodologies
• Promote a data-driven culture by driving analytics literacy and recommending process and tool improvements; contribute to the data strategy and roadmap

• B.Sc. in Information Systems (or similar)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as BI/Data Analyst in a global company
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
• Proven experience in a leadership role within data analysis / business intelligence
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data quality, and metadata management
• Strong data modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements to technical design and data models
• Proven experience in a modern cloud data stack, specifically Snowflake and DBT
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (team player)
• Strong business understanding around finance, commercial & operations practices, in a global company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
