• Vetting Relativity work spaces and file shares and archiving or purging them as appropriate. File shares will be moved to archive locations. Relativity work spaces will be archived using Relativity ARM and a flat format which can be fully restored in Relativity or another system.
• Collaborate with DOJ management, lead attorneys, and Section Chiefs on the disposition of data/files.
• Archive older file shares.
• Archive full Relativity work spaces using Relativity ARM.
• Archive images, native files, and text as part of the process.
• Archive in a flat format the metadata, coding fields, and choices/tags.
• Document the user interface for the archiving process.
• Document the archiving process for approval by the Senior IT Manager.
• Evaluate and resolve any archiving issues.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with backend Relativity 2022 and prior
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with archiving Relativity work spaces
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with restoring Relativity archives work spaces
• Knowledge of Windows permissions and file transfer utilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Experience working in a collaborative environment
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance

• An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred; preferably in computer science or management information/technology disciplines
• Experience in storage technology planning, performance capacity planning, and modeling
