Sr. Associate, Workday Payroll - Healthcare

Overview

Sr. Associate, Workday Payroll - Healthcare at KPMG US. KPMG Advisory practice is currently the fastest growing practice; we are seeing tremendous client demand and expect this to continue. This role involves leading Workday Payroll projects, providing implementation support, and ensuring data integrity and system optimization within Workday Payroll.

• Lead Workday Payroll projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications
• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; collaborate with appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries
• Lead day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
• Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements
• Manage engagements according to KPMG’s financial/cost management policies

• Minimum of three years of recent ERP, payroll implementation and upgrade experience with a completion of one full implementation with Workday Payroll; must be certified in Workday Payroll
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited university/college
• Functional Payroll Certification (FPC) from American Payroll Association or equivalent from global payroll associations or prior demonstrated certification preferred
• Detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality
• Travel as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. No sponsorship is available for U.S. work visa status
