Pre Sales Specialist FL

Position Summary

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Specialist with strong experience in data analytics solutions and a results-driven mindset. This role will support the commercial team in designing value-based proposals, delivering technical presentations, and conducting demos to showcase the potential of our analytics and business intelligence (BI) solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements for analytics projects.
• Design and present technical proposals aligned with business needs.
• Conduct demos of analytics tools (Power BI, Micro Strategy, Tableau, or others).
• Collaborate with the sales team in preparing offers and RFP responses.
• Gain a deep understanding of all the company's business lines to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
• Lead and execute pilot projects with the company's technologies, ensuring successful validation with clients.
• Deliver client training sessions and knowledge transfer.
• Stay up to date with analytics and digital transformation trends.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one analytics tool (Power BI, Micro Strategy, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Strong goal-oriented and results-driven profile.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Project Manager certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar) is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in pre-sales or consulting roles in analytics solutions.
• Experience as an instructor or trainer is desirable.
• Own transportation and availability to travel within the assigned area (mobility allowance will be considered a plus).
