You’ll still handle the day to day that keeps a high expectation environment steady, but your work will reach well beyond simple support.

You’ll work with Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, O365, and Exchange Online. You’ll manage Intune and Autopilot, tighten up GPOs, streamline device management, and build cleaner deployments. You’ll automate routine tasks with Power Shell, keep backups in good order, and jump in with VIP support when needed. You’ll also gain real exposure to security work, which opens the door to bigger responsibilities as you grow.
