SEO Manager AI Search; In-House

This is a full-time, in-house role based in Miami, Florida. We are only considering candidates who are currently located in Miami or already established in the area.

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Own the end-to-end SEO strategy for Nobl Travel, Flo Pilates
• Improve site health, crawlability, and internal linking through regular technical audits and fixes
• Lead the strategy for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — structured data, first-party signals, and prompt-driven tactics for AI-powered search engines
• Build and optimize content to capture “is it legit / reviews” and brand-defense queries, protecting our reputation across search and reviews
• Collaborate with Creative, CRO, and Paid teams to align SEO with user journeys, conversion goals, and campaign launches
• Identify and fill keyword/content gaps with a focus on high-intent, bottom-funnel search terms
• Optimize for AI-generated summaries, featured snippets, and zero-click search features
• Monitor site performance via GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
• Stay ahead of AI-driven algorithm changes and bring fresh, test-and-learn strategies to the table

• 3–5+ years of SEO experience, ideally with DTC or ecommerce brands
• Deep understanding of modern SEO, including structured data, Core Web Vitals, and crawl/indexation
• Experience driving SEO performance in environments influenced by AI search results and LLM-based platforms
• Ability to work independently and execute end-to-end — from strategy to implementation
• Strong grasp of tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Skilled at aligning SEO goals with business KPIs (CVR, revenue contribution, CAC payback)
• Bonus:
  Experience in ecommerce SEO for multi-product brands, international SEO, or brand protection
