Job Description

The Delphi Digital Consulting team is seeking a multi-disciplinary Product Designer with minimum 5 years experience to join our powerhouse team of designers, marketers and developers building the future of finance and Web3  a Product Designer your creative energy should come through in your dazzling portfolio which may consist of a mixture of UI/UX, product and visual design. This role would suit an individual who is excited by the idea of contributing to a larger design vision and working with a variety of clientele..

At your core you have an excellent eye for design fundamentals and are no stranger to design practices and design systems and you’re comfortable with crafting new designs using Figma, and working with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Design Vision & Strategy

• Drive the design vision for client projects by translating complex crypto concepts into intuitive user experiences.
• Participate in client-facing workshops to gather requirements and present design concepts.

User Research & Testing

• Plan and conduct user research to understand target audiences, market needs, and user behaviors in the crypto space.
• Validate design decisions through iterative testing, feedback sessions, and user interviews.

End-to-End Product Design

• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility, smooth handoffs, and cohesive implementation.

Website UX/UI

• Design and optimize user experiences for corporate and marketing websites, landing pages, and other web touchpoints.
• Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Work closely with marketing and development teams to create engaging, conversion-focused website experiences.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally to integrate user insights, business objectives, and technical constraints into cohesive design solutions.
• Communicate design rationale and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Design Systems & Guidelines

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries that can be scaled across multiple client projects.
• Ensure consistency in look, feel, and interaction patterns across products and websites.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay informed on the latest blockchain, crypto, and Web3 design trends and tools.
• Proactively contribute ideas for new tools, processes, or improvements to existing design approaches

Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles.
• Portfolio:
  Demonstrable portfolio showcasing user-centric design processes and final deliverables (web and/or mobile apps).
• Crypto/Web3 Knowledge:
  Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or decentralized applications (dApps) is highly preferred (strong interest is essential).
• Technical
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers and product managers; experience in design handoffs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Research & Testing Expertise:
  Strong background in planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating based on findings.
• Communication &

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
• Adaptability:
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple client projects.
• Tools & Software:
  Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and prototyping tools (InVision, Framer, Proto Pie, etc.).
