About This RoleWe're looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. You'll be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and providing actionable insights to optimize our marketing efforts across all channels.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital channels (PPC, social, email, content)
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key marketing metrics
- Identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization and audience targeting
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Support A/B testing initiatives and provide statistical analysis of results
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing analytics or similar role
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution models
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SQL and data warehousing
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power
BI, or similar BI tools - Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo)
- Background in statistics or data science
