• 6-12 month contract + extensions

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• Planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. Monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
• We are seeking a UX Content Strategist who will craft clear, consistent language for products and digital experiences. This highly collaborative role partners closely with cross-functional team members to create user-centered experiences. You will create UX content design solutions that result in successful, engaging, accessible products, voice, and digital experiences.
• Align approach, output, and potential impact of content design work with business strategies and objectives. Use data and metrics to influence decisions (your own and others) and measure progress.

• 7-10+ years of UX content design work that focuses on complex software products or digital experiences.
• Collaborate in tools such as Slack, Figma, Lucidchart, Jira, and virtual whiteboarding programs (Fig Jam, Lucid, Mural, etc.)
• Empathy/content/feature mapping and other discovery/sprint planning exercises in partnership with UX design and research
• 3+ years of experience with Figma and UX Content
• A portfolio of relevant UX content work
