The Director of Revenue Management
- Planning & Data Analytics for Silversea is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive data analytics and strategic planning initiatives. This role involves leading a team of professionals to analyze complex data sets, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. They are also responsible for setting air pricing and strategy for the brand, balancing guest satisfaction and financial impact.

The leader will drive alignment and integration with RCG teams, leveraging them for data and reporting, while building Silversea specific reports and analyses in addition. They will actively champion the adoption of AI and analytics in revenue management  Director will collaborate closely with various departments, including Finance, Operations, Marketing, and IT, to align initiatives and ensure seamless execution. This position requires a visionary leader with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

• System and Tool Enhancement:
  Maintain and enhance a suite of analytical tools that forecast, maximize, and report on key business metrics.
• Data Integration:
  Incorporate new sources of data and insights, including macroeconomic, consumer, competitive, and operational data, into strategic planning.
• Redesign and Update Reporting:
  Oversee the redesign and update of all reporting resulting from new data sources and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with Data Team:
  Partner with the Data team to ensure the organizational structure supports all data, analytical, and reporting needs and integrate with RCG teams.
• Oversee Analytics and Planning Teams:
  Manage teams responsible for data analysis, predictive modeling, and business intelligence.
• Foster Collaboration and Innovation:
  Promote a collaborative environment and encourage cross‑functional teamwork.
• Continuous Learning:
  Provide opportunities for team members to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
• Mentorship and Support:
  Act as a supportive leader and mentor, offering guidance and support to team members.
• Deploy Data Science:
  Build and maintain models that inform strategic planning and improve forecast capabilities.
• Maintain Balance:
  Between quick, high level business analysis and complex data analysis based on the needs of each situation.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay at the forefront of data science and machine learning techniques to ensure continuous improvement of models.

  Anticipate business changes and guide the department in adopting RCG processes and decision‑making tools.
