Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Security Compliance Analyst to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevant security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. This role involves assessing risks, conducting audits, and collaborating with various departments to maintain a strong security posture.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and assess compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
* Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to implement and enforce security controls.
* Prepare and maintain documentation related to security compliance activities, including reports and audit findings.
* Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to information security and compliance.
* Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training programs.
* Support incident response and investigation efforts as needed. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in security compliance, risk management, or a related role.
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, or NIST.
* Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
