Miami, FL 33101 CLEARANCE: TS/SCI Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cyber Security Administrator to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the security of our organization's IT infrastructure, monitoring for threats, and implementing security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor network traffic and security alerts to identify and respond to potential threats.
* Manage and maintain security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies.
* Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
* Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
* Coordinate incident response activities and perform forensic analysis when security breaches occur.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
* Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security compliance and risk mitigation.
* Prepare and maintain documentation related to security configurations, incidents, and audits. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or network administration roles.
* Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
* Experience with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
* Familiarity with security tools like SIEM, antivirus, vulnerability scanners, and encryption software.
* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or CISM are a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
