EY invites you to join as a Senior Manager in Data Management & Strategy, leading impactful SAP data solutions for clients worldwide. Role is open for anyone anywhere in the country.

As a Senior Manager you will design and govern comprehensive data lifecycle practices, ensure data security and monetization, and perform maturity assessments on data governance capabilities.

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, ensuring effective engagement economics.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 5-7 years of relevant experience working with one or more SAP modules with full‑cycle implementations inside your core module.
• Strong knowledge of Data Privacy principles.
• Expertise in Master Data Management practices.
• Experience with Data Governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Data Strategy and Data Management concepts.
• Proficiency in Metadata Management.
• Understanding of Ontology Design.
• Knowledge of IT Operating Models.
• Familiarity with Data Fabric concepts.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Specialized skills in Data Fabric, Data Governance, Enterprise IT Architecture, and other data management disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams and project‑based team members.
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry‑specific finance and technology functions.
• Ability and comfort‑level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
• Proven experience providing governance and leadership oversight for enterprise SAP data migration programs.
• A willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $144,000 to $329,100.
• Join us in our team‑led and leader‑enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40‑60% of the time over the course of an engagement.
• Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed.
