As a Biz Ops Analyst at Greenbox, you help define how the company operates, scales, and makes decisions. You turn implicit business logic into clear, structured workflows powering underwriting, renewals, funding, and cross-functional operations. You support the C‑suite and senior leaders while laying the foundation for scalable automation and AI‑enabled operations.

• Bring clarity to ambiguous processes and decision paths.
• Capture business logic in a way that’s trusted, reusable, and easy to maintain.
• Reduce operational friction by redesigning workflows and identifying scalable fixes.
• Partner with product and technology teams to ensure systems, including GPTs and agents, behave in line with business intent.
• Become a go‑to resource for how processes work and where they should evolve.

• Quality, completeness, and accessibility of process maps and documentation.
• Reduction in bottlenecks and operational pain points.
• Timeliness and reliability of deliverables.
• Alignment between documented business rules and actual system behavior.
• Adoption and sustained use of improved workflows.

• Interview stakeholders across teams to uncover the real rules behind underwriting, renewals, approvals, and routing.
• Capture logic in structured formats like YAML/JSON rules, flow diagrams, decision trees, and SOPs.
• Investigate issues such as drop‑off rates, misrouted leads, approval friction, and documentation gaps, then design durable solutions.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate business intent into workflows, triggers, and logic.
• Support testing and validation of GPT/agent flows and automated processes.
• Maintain clarity and traceability across systems including fields, statuses, and exception paths.

• 3–5+ years in Biz Ops, management consulting, or similar analytical, cross‑functional roles.
• Top‑tier or Big 4 consulting experience is a strong plus.
• Hands‑on experience mapping workflows, documenting logic, and improving processes.
• Exposure to high‑growth environments, financial services, lending, underwriting, or fintech operations is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRMs like Hub Spot or Salesforce.
• Experience with structured formats like YAML, JSON, Airtable, or Notion.
• Comfort using process mapping tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Whimsical.
• Exposure to AI/automation tooling such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Lang Chain, or Zapier.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

• Step 1: Initial Phone Screen (30 minutes) – A brief conversation with a recruiter to learn more about your background, interests, and alignment with the role.
• Step 2: Hiring Manager Interview (1 hour) – A deeper discussion about the role, your relevant experience, and how you’d contribute to the team.
• Step 3: Role‑Specific Assessment or Panel Interview (1 hour) – Depending on the role, this may include a take‑home assignment, Bryq assessment, technical interview, or live case study with team members.
• Step 4: Final Interview or Leadership Chat (1 hour) – A final conversation with senior leadership or cross‑functional team members to ensure alignment with our mission and values.
• Step 5: Offer & Background Check – If it’s a mutual fit, we’ll move forward with background check and present a competitive offer. We aim to complete this process within 2–3 weeks from your first conversation with us.
