What You'll Do
  • Deliver outstanding support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and conferencing systems.
  • Manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and create knowledge articles for self‑service.
  • Onboard new employees with a seamless tech experience.
  • Provide onsite support for conference rooms, printers, and other technical equipment.
  • Collaborate with a global team to improve processes and share insights.
What You'll Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Expertise in Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Active Directory, Azure (Entra ), and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing systems.
  • Bonus:
    Experience with scripting, automation, Zoom, and BOX.
