USA, LATAM, Canada – Remote

We are looking for a Senior Project/Product Manager with a strong technical background to lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of innovative digital products. You will act as the bridge between business, design, and engineering teams — driving the product vision, managing complex projects, and ensuring seamless delivery in a fast-paced environment.

• Product Ownership:
  Define, refine, and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with company goals.
• Project Leadership:
  Plan and oversee the full product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery — ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to define priorities and balance competing needs.
• Technical Understanding:
  Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and product requirements; work closely with developers to assess feasibility and optimize implementation.
• Data-Driven Decisions:
  Use analytics, user feedback, and market research to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Agile Process Management:
  Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives; ensure the team operates efficiently and iteratively.
• Quality & Delivery:
  Monitor progress and risk, anticipate blockers, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

• 7 years of experience in product management or project management, ideally in a tech-driven environment (SaaS, digital platforms, or software products).
• Strong technical literacy — able to understand APIs, architecture, and software development practices.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects with multiple stakeholders in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, Git Hub, or similar.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Fluent in English (French or other languages are a plus).

• Experience in startups or scaling digital products.
• Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or cloud infrastructure.
• Certification in Scrum, Agile, or PMP.

Salary range is based on Country Location and Qualifications, and will be presented as a package.
