We are looking for a Product Manager who will own the AI‑driven communications product and scale the messaging infrastructure across SMS, in‑app chat, email and voice. AI and automation are critical to our growth strategy, driving engagement, conversion and retention.
Responsibilities- Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Data Science to design AI interactions that delight customers.
- Analyze data to identify and prioritize improvements to the core messaging systems.
- Shape prompt‑engineering best practices and the technical roadmap by identifying high‑impact bottlenecks.
- Stay current on AI trends and tech to inform strategic decisions.
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics or operations at a fast‑paced startup.
- Technologist and systems thinker comfortable in technical conversations and translating complex ideas.
- Data‑driven and comfortable diving into data to answer questions.
- Owner of metrics and constantly seeks improvement, asking “how we can” not “if we can.”
- Passionate about AI and early adopter, wanting to scale it to deliver personalized customer communications.
- Pre‑IPO startup with $240M in funding, 60X revenue growth in 5 years, $2T market size.
- Work with leaders from Amazon, Better, Linked In, McKinsey, BCG, Bain.
