ICBD Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

ICBD is a single‑family office focused on private investment and business development, supporting high‑growth companies in healthcare, technology, and services.

We are building a market‑leading Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will own the maturity and efficiency of the entire TA function across ICBD and its operating companies.

About the Role

Reporting to the EVP of Talent Acquisition, this role drives operational excellence through data & analytics, continuous process improvement, and internal advisory. It also maximizes the ROI of the current technology stack and develops business cases for future TA technology.

Key Responsibilities & Areas of Expertise
  • Design, optimize and manage end‑to‑end TA processes for efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Use data & analytics to diagnose bottlenecks, measure effectiveness and identify friction drivers for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Own the creation of scorecards, dashboards and reporting; communicate business updates to stakeholders.
  • Act as consultant to TA leadership and the TA team on process adherence and technology utilization (ATS, CRM, interviewing platforms, etc.).
  • Develop and deliver consultative training programs and workshops that translate data insights and system capabilities into actionable recruiting strategies.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Proactively manage the governance framework and ensure compliance with internal controls and legal requirements.
  • Lead vendor management for operational partners, improving SLAs/KPIs and integrating third‑party tools.
  • Drive technology strategy: evaluate emerging TA technologies, build data‑backed business cases and maximize ROI of the existing TA ecosystem.

  • Provide timely, accurate performance scorecards, dashboards and reporting to monitor organizational health.
  • Communicate progress toward strategic goals and ROI of technology investments.

Requirements
  • 3+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR technology, or TA consulting with measurable project and process improvements.
  • Track record of designing executive‑ready reporting and data visualizations.
  • Hands‑on experience with major ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Workday Recruiting, Oracle HCM, Success Factors, Salesforce). Experience with implementation and optimization preferred.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional projects involving IT, HR, Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Experience building and presenting data‑backed TA investment business cases to senior leadership.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
