Business Analyst

AP is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with the business and technology teams to bridge the gap between users and software.

• Subject matter expert – develop deep knowledge of our platform, influence roadmap and act as a trusted adviser for customers
• Research and analysis – find root causes of business challenges, identify opportunities and recommend actions
• Write requirements, functional specifications and supporting documentation for new or enhanced systems
• Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze processes and turn them into actionable system changes that improve efficiency and performance
• Work with technology architects to convert business requirements into technology solutions
• Analyze data to troubleshoot issues, gather and extract requirements
• Partner with QA testers to plan test strategy and execution

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in relevant fields
• Proficient knowledge of Office 365 and any BI tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with effective functional documentation experience
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and determine acceptable solutions
• Experience in product support and agile software development (scrum, JIRA)
• Excellent multitasking, time management and stakeholder management to meet tight deadlines
• Solid experience with issue tracking tools – JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams
