**** A little bit about our team:
** The Global Marketing Enablement team is tasked with ensuring that Warner Music Group’s (WMG) local and regional marketing teams have the best tools, platforms, and services to execute high-impact campaigns across all Latin markets. We are the strategic and operational engine that connects global Mar Tech strategy with regional execution, enabling our marketers to effectively break artists, deepen fan engagement, and deliver commercial growth.
This role is crucial, serving as the primary point of contact for Marketing Enablement across Latin America, balancing global consistency with the unique needs and innovation opportunities within LATAM.
** Your role:
** You will be the driving force behind implementing WMG’s marketing enablement strategy across the vibrant and diverse Latin American region. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing Enablement, you will define, deploy, and optimize our marketing technology stack and manage crucial third-party vendor relationships, ensuring our regional teams have the operational edge to deliver world-class campaigns efficiently and s is a hands-on, strategic leadership role where you will champion change management, pioneer new martech and AI solutions, and ensure every investment in enablement directly translates into measurable artist and commercial success across Latin markets.

*** You will partner with the SVP of Marketing Enablement to shape and execute WMG’s global strategy for martech, vendor partnerships, and supporting workflows in LATAM.
* You will serve as the trusted point of contact for Marketing Enablement across LATAM, ensuring alignment between global strategy and regional execution.
* You will own the delivery and optimization of WMG’s martech stack across LATAM, balancing global consistency with local flexibility and innovation.
* You will lead WMG’s approach to third-party marketing vendor partners across the region, ensuring cost-effectiveness, high-quality service, and integration into the martech stack.
* You will drive adoption and effective usage of platforms through enablement, training, and best-practice sharing across regional teams.
* You will partner with Tech and Marketing Intelligence to ensure data is centralized, accurate, compliant (GDPR and other regional laws), and actionable across the region.
