Senior SEO Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead organic growth initiatives for our clients and take ownership of complex SEO programs. This role is ideal for an experienced SEO professional who can independently develop comprehensive strategies, solve technical challenges, and deliver measurable business impact through search performance.

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you’ll lead end-to-end SEO strategy development, oversee technical implementations, conduct advanced data analysis, and serve as a subject matter expert for clients and internal teams. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure our SEO approach remains innovative and aligned with business objectives.

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client business goals and industry best practices.
• Lead advanced keyword research, competitive intelligence, and market opportunity analysis to identify high-value growth opportunities.
• Identify and resolve complex technical SEO issues independently, collaborating with development teams on implementations.
• Performance Analysis & Strategic Insights:
  • Analyze complex SEO data across multiple tools and platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders and clients.
  • Forecast SEO performance and set realistic KPIs tied to business outcomes (traffic, conversions, revenue).
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to maintain competitive advantages.
• Client Management & Thought Leadership:
  • Serve as the primary SEO point of contact for projects, presenting strategies, results, and recommendations with confidence.
  • Translate technical SEO concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic consultation on content strategy, website migrations, redesigns, and other initiatives with SEO implications.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and proactively adapt strategies accordingly.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with content, development, design, and paid media teams to ensure integrated marketing approaches.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and the development of SEO best practices across the organization.

• 2+ years of proven experience in SEO with a track record of delivering measurable organic growth results.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other enterprise SEO platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize multiple projects, and drive results with minimal supervision>
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Preferred: Experience with international/multilingual SEO, enterprise-level websites, or specific industry verticals.
