CDR Maguire Inc., is seeking Salesforce Administrators. This position would mainly support CDR Health and Emergency Management Temporary projects.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Upgrading and configuring salesforce systems for optimized integration.
- Managing salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Building custom reports and dashboards.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Evaluating and installing new salesforce releases as well as providing training and support.
- Prepare reports for sales and other departments.
- Other duties that may arise from time-to-time and/or are commensurate with the title and position.

- Associates, Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 2+ Years of experience as a salesforce administrator or a similar environment.
- Experience in performing salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Proficiency in creating salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating salesforce reports.
- Ability to provide salesforce training and end-user support.
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Suite which includes Word, Excel, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially to a diverse range of audiences and settings.
- The ability to make decisions.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to deal with high pressure
- Flexible schedule to include late afternoon and evening hours and Overtime and weekends as needed to provide support for safety emergencies or incidents that occur after hours or on weekends
- Ability to travel at least 40% throughout US. Via plane or car.
- Must have a valid active and clear Driver’s license.
- Demonstrates the technical safety expertise, coaching ability, and passion for the role
- Partners and collaborates effectively to create win wins with internal operational partners and external partners
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to balance education vs. accountability
