Siebel-Oracle Applications Architect

Location:

City, State (Onsite, 50% Hybrid)

Duration:

• Lead the integration of Siebel CRM and Loyalty systems with a new reservation platform
• Collaborate with client stakeholders onsite in Miami to drive delivery and resolve issues
• Oversee Siebel application modules including CRS, CIB, CVP, and IDS
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across business and technical work streams
• Provide strategic input and hands‑on support throughout the transformation lifecycle

• Proven expertise in Siebel CRM, including hands‑on experience with CRS, CIB, CVP, IDS modules
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex delivery environments
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Prior experience in cruise or hospitality industry strongly preferred
• Willingness to work onsite in Miami or reside nearby for frequent client engagement
