Senior Software Engineer (AI Performance)

Location: Miami, Florida – Fully Onsite (Relocation Offered)

Base Pay: $150,000 – $250,000 per year

Job Overview: You’ll lead the design and delivery of core internal AI platform tooling, operating across backend systems (Python/FastAPI), data (Postgre

SQL/Supabase), cloud infrastructure, observability, and messaging/telephony, while setting engineering standards and best practices.

• Lead the design and build of AI platform performance, reliability, and observability tools.
• Own production CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for reliability‑focused engineering.
• Implement and maintain observability solutions (logs, metrics, traces) using Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Scale 0-1 systems in fast‑moving environments, managing AWS, Terraform/CDK, and messaging/telephony infrastructure.
• Define engineering standards and best practices across the platform.

• Deep SQL/Postgre
  
  SQL knowledge.
• Proven experience designing and owning production CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in automated testing and reliability‑focused engineering.
• Hands‑on expertise in observability (logs, metrics, traces).
• Experience building and scaling 0‑to‑1 systems in fast‑moving environments.
