Within the Product and Marketing department, oversee the design of customer journeys, manage commercial processes, update website content, and monitor customer experience across digital platforms and communications. Responsible for analyzing business and customer data, conducting internal surveys and reporting, as well as managing budgets, invoices, and related financial reporting to support strategic decision‑making.
Functions- Develop customer journeys and define functional requirements for Salesforce, including configuring communications in Marketing Cloud.
- Document commercial and operational processes in collaboration with business and operational units within the Vice Presidency.
- Manage department budgets, process and track invoices, and prepare periodic financial reports for leadership review.
- Request and coordinate updates to website content, product terms and conditions, and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Design, send, and monitor internal and customer satisfaction surveys to compile ISN and NPS (Net Promoter Score) indicators, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Identify usability enhancements to improve traffic flows and overall customer experience.
- Develop business dashboards, customer indicators, and data analytics to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media complaints and customer comments to identify trends, service gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare social media organic campaign performance reports, including engagement metrics, reach, and conversion insights.
- Collaborate with external agencies to review metrics and analytics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- As the organization grows, you may be asked to perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Marketing.
