Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and help desk services for our Contact Center. This role includes installing and configuring computer hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment; maintain helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computers, software, and network devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and audio/video systems; elevate issues when necessary.
  • Manage Information and Referral (AIRS) software and cloud-based phone systems.
  • Assist with staff training on IT systems and software.
  • Maintain asset inventory and support disaster recovery initiatives.
  • Provide 24/7 support as needed and travel between multiple sites (valid FL driver's license required).
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of technical support experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, group policy, TCP/IP, DNS, and basic networking.
  • Experience with servers, switches, routers, and call center solutions (VOIP/InContact preferred).
  • Excellent customer service, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
