What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a smart, resourceful, and curious person to join our operations team on-site at our Brickell office. You’ll shadow our founders and core team, learn the ins and outs of our business, and gradually take over day-to-day operational tasks so we can scale and grow even faster. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to get their hands dirty in a fast-paced startup, learn a ton, and grow into a leadership or specialized role.

Responsibilities

• Learn our internal processes across sales, fulfillment, and outreach
• Take ownership of recurring tasks and operational workflows
• Identify inefficiencies and help improve our systems
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and coordination for specialized roles
• Be a flexible generalist - if it needs doing, you're on it
• Qualifications
• Recent graduate or early-career professional
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Curious and eager to learn fast
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with tech and open to learning new tools
• Based in Miami and able to work from our Brickell office
