We’ve built a strong foundation. Now we’re ready to scale into new verticals and grow social awareness, especially on Tik Tok. That’s where you come in.
What We’re Looking ForWe need someone who can fully own and roll out our Tik Tok Shop — from backend set‑up to creator sourcing to driving real sales.
You should know the ins and outs of Tik Tok Shop, how creators actually work, and what it takes to build a repeatable, scalable system that brings in content and conversions. This role also includes managing all creator relationships — from small UGC partners to bigger influencers we whitelist for Meta ads.
It’s not just running tasks. It’s building a machine — and you’re building it with love, clarity, and ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing 1. Tik Tok Shop Strategy & Execution- Launch and manage our Tik Tok Shop from top to bottom
- Handle product set‑up, shipping flow, creator partnerships, and campaign execution
- Build systems that scale — not systems that break
- Track and report on what’s working (and what’s not)
- Source and build relationships with aligned creators (from micro to macro)
- Run all outreach, gifting, coordination, and content collection
- Negotiate usage rights, keep everything organized, and build lasting relationships
- Design performance‑based creator programs that feel good and convert well
- Recruit creators into our Meta ad funnel
- Manage content approvals, legal/usage permissions, and testing performance
- Coordinate closely with the media buying team to make sure ads hit
- Build and organize a library of high‑quality content we can use across channels
- Ensure everything we collect has the rights we need
- Make content sourcing feel like an ongoing, joyful rhythm — not a last‑minute scramble
- You’ve worked in DTC or CPG and understand creator ecosystems inside and out
- You’ve either run Tik Tok Shops yourself or have supported a brand through it
- You’ve built or managed affiliate, ambassador, or whitelisting programs
- You get content — you know how to tell what works (and what doesn’t)
- You can manage 100 conversations without losing the thread
- You love systems, but even more than that — you build them
- You don’t need hand‑holding — you bring the strategy and the execution
- You’re obsessed with clean food, wellness, or functional products
- You’ve got experience in paid media (Meta/Tik Tok especially)
- You’ve worked with creators at scale and still kept things human
