Senior Consulting Manager – Digital Transformation

Auxis, our Digital Transformation practice partners with clients to solve high‑impact operational and productivity challenges. We help organizations redesign processes, improve ways of working, and implement digital technologies that drive measurable business results.

We are looking for a Senior Consulting Manager to provide business and technology consulting services, both independently and as part of cross‑functional project teams. This role will play a key part in delivering high‑quality client outcomes, leading complex engagements, and supporting practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver digital transformation projects across multiple industries

• Provide subject‑matter expertise and develop high‑quality client deliverables

• Participate in and, when appropriate, lead client engagements

• Support business development and pre‑sales activities, including proposals and client presentations

• Contribute to the development of practice methodologies, tools, and best practices

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving satisfaction and account growth

• Manage, mentor, and develop consulting teams

• Travel to client sites outside the South Florida area, as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience leading and delivering digital transformation projects in a consulting environment

• 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Auditing (Big 4 experience preferred)

• Strong experience designing solutions, preparing proposals, and presenting to clients

• Proven leadership experience managing and developing consulting teams

• Solid understanding of digital technologies, including automation, AI, and data analytics

• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders

• Strong business acumen and project management experience, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope

Nice to Have

• Experience leading RPA projects, ideally using Ui Path

• Knowledge of back‑office productivity technologies (RPA, OCR, workflow tools, imaging platforms, reconciliation tools, etc.)

• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, etc.)

• Relevant certifications in digital transformation, project management, or related areas

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
