Lead Technical Recruiter I Finance/Banking Services

Location:

Miami, FL 33131 | Duration: 12 Months |

Work Hours:

7:00am - 4:00pm EST (Brazil hours) | Minimum onsite: 3 days | Start: ASAP

Compensation

Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Languages

Portuguese and English required;
Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as first point of contact for inquiries from high revenue clients via email or phone.
  • Read, analyze and determine appropriate handling and resolution of requests related to treasury, cash management, card and/or depository products.
  • Work with internal business partners to resolve client inquiries, issues, and provide technical support.
  • Interface with medium/high revenue clients and provide technical systems and software support for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems.
  • Translate business needs into formal Business Requirements deliverables and liaise between business units and software/hardware developers and vendors.
  • Participate in design, development, and implementation of complex applications/systems, often using new technologies.
  • Act as technical liaison between our systems and LATAM clients, training, educating, and supporting them.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-2 years Banking/Financial industry experience.
  • 1+ years of experience working with customers.
  • Critical thinking, relationship building, problem solving, quality assurance, time management.
  • Multitasking ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers.
  • Intermediate computer skills; MS Office proficiency.
  • Ability to conduct discussions with clients confidently.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present to an audience.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work unsupervised, manage own time, know when to elevate issues.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and coaching, adapting to change and learning new technology/processes.
  • Technical support or banking services experience (3+ years preferred).
  • IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese;
    Spanish a plus.
