We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for Microsoft-based environments. The role is open to professionals only in Latin America. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second‑level technical support for Microsoft technologies and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory and Azure AD
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
• Assist with device management using Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support teams when necessary

• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher) is a must
• Proven experience in IT Support or Technical Support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft server environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD
• Basic knowledge of Azure services and cloud concepts
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
