Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Project Manager Cybersecurity to lead complex technical projects focused on Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This role requires strong leadership cross functional collaboration and expertise in managing initiatives that deliver long term business value.

• Drive project execution by collaborating with diverse teams and developing schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Manage stakeholder relationships mitigate risks and maintain alignment across multiple teams and organizations
• Understand system scope project objectives and team roles to effectively coordinate activities
• Oversee interdependencies and integration of multiple projects setting strategies for sustainable outcomes
• Apply Agile frameworks to manage risks and resolve issues unique to technology projects
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of IAM concepts standards and regulatory requirements
• Triage access-related inquiries to keep projects moving forward
• Communicate project status clearly to program and executive level audiences
• Utilize OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for goal setting and performance tracking

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology or related field
• 7 years of experience managing complex technical projects
• Proven experience in technical design and implementation of IT solutions
• Hands on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects

• PMI or Scrum Alliance certification
• Extensive experience in IAM environments
• Experience delivering solutions in both waterfall and agile environments
• Background in modernization projects and SAFe increment planning
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts including authentication authorization and access governance
• Proficiency with tools such as Azure Dev Ops Microsoft Project Jira
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Health solutions industry experience is a plus
