The Miami HEAT IT Department is seeking an IT Service Desk Intern for the spring to join a small, knowledgeable team. You will provide remote and on-site support to end users, vendors, and customers while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced sports environment.
Responsibilities include handling desktop hardware/software issues, maintaining printers and network cabling, contributing to documentation, tracking stock, and assisting with service desk projects.
