Our open, iterative design processes and rapid pace of development mean that everyone on the team can make an impact from day one. This is an individual‑contributor role for someone who can quickly enter a project, establish structure, connect business and technology teams, and take accountability for delivering complete outcomes. Success in the role requires balancing immediate business needs with long‑term technology considerations, making pragmatic decisions that drive results while supporting a scalable and sustainable enterprise platform. The ideal candidate combines business curiosity, technical fluency, and relentless execution.
They are comfortable moving between strategic discussions and implementation details, quickly learning unfamiliar domains, and building trust with stakeholders through consistent delivery.
