Anchor Conzult is partnering with leading organisations in global payments that are moving stable coins and tokenised money from pilot into production. We're speaking with senior commercial leaders who sit at a rare intersection: deep understanding of payment network economics and hands-on experience with stable coins and on-chain settlement.
The opportunity- Lead partnerships with issuers, acquirers, fintechs and stablecoin providers to bring digital currency settlement and payment use cases to market
- Shape commercial models for cross-border, B2B, payouts and remittance flows using regulated stable coins and tokenised deposits
- Act as the bridge between product, engineering, regulatory and commercial teams - translating technical capability into business cases clients will adopt
- Represent the organisation across the digital assets ecosystem and industry initiatives
- 10+ years in payments, with a strong grasp of network/scheme economics, interchange and settlement
- Proven hands-on experience with stable coins, tokenised deposits or on-chain payments: launching, scaling or partnering, not just exploring
- A track record of closing complex partnerships with banks, fintechs or infrastructure providers
- Working knowledge of the regulatory landscape (e.g. GENIUS Act, MiCA, NYDFS)
- Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong advantage for LATAM-focused roles
Most people in this space specialise one way: commercial or technical. This role needs both. If you're the person colleagues come to because you can talk scheme economics with a CFO and settlement finality with an engineer, we'd like to talk.
