Builder - Technical Analyst - SaaS Platform

Lennar's Future Builders Program is designed for highly motivated early career professionals seeking to launch their careers. Participants will develop essential interpersonal and technical skills while working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

Through structured onboarding, hands‑on training, and professional development, Future Builders will contribute to impactful projects and gain deep exposure to key areas across Lennar. High‑performing participants may have the opportunity to transition into full‑time roles upon program completion. The Technology track is a one-year, developmental program for recent graduates that prepares participants for careers in core business operations. The start date for the program will be June 2027.

• Assist in defining, implementing, and managing processes for translating business requirements into technical design documentation
• Serve as a liaison between business and development teams to facilitate project execution and resolution
• Help create technical documentation such as process flows, specifications, and development tasks
• Assist in developing execution plans and timelines including tasks, resources, and timeline
• Participate in and support each phase of the software development project life cycle
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture in a fast‑paced environment
• Gain proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, JIRA, and Service Now
• Develop data analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Learn and apply project management skills including planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Enhance written and verbal communication skills to present complex information clearly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Current senior or recent graduate between May 2026 and May 2027.
• Working towards a bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics, business administration, information technology, or similar field
• Experience with delivery/release events such as release notes, branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, and merge/conflict resolution
• Ability to work within Scrum & Agile methodologies
• 0-2 years of hands‑on experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, or a comparable role within a technology organization
• Basic knowledge of some of the following a plus:
  Data Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Python, Snap Logic, Cyber Security & Security Best Practices, .NET, Java, React, Cloud Infrastructure (GCP/AWS), SAP/ERP, REST APIs, SFTP, MQTT, Web Services, JSON, Service Now
• Completion of Lennar Technology Internship or other relevant technology internship with strong performance (preferred)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
