IT Manager

Kforce's client in Miami, FL is seeking an IT Support Operations Manager.

Summary:

We're seeking an experienced IT Support Operations Manager to lead a nationally distributed support organization. This role combines IT service management, operational leadership, analytics, and process improvement.

• Lead and support a distributed IT support organization
• Analyze ITSM/ticketing data, trends, and service metrics
• Identify operational gaps and develop policies and processes to improve performance
• Manage escalations and drive continuous improvement
• Communicate trends and recommendations to leadership
• Support Microsoft, Azure, on-premises, and hybrid environments

• Strong ITSM/service delivery experience
• IT support leadership or strong team lead experience
• Proven experience using ticketing data to drive measurable process improvements
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Azure, Microsoft, and hybrid infrastructure knowledge
• Healthcare/HIPAA experience preferred, but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
