Senior Solutions Architect - Pega Architect

Role Responsibility

The Senior Solutions Architect will lead high‑level design, reference architecture, and implementation for a variety of programs within Customer Experience, Service Management, and AIML across omni‑channel systems for the Telecommunication Consumer Group (VCG). The architect will drive solutions and design patterns that promote flexible customer experience and workflow orchestration, reusable components, and consistent common domain logic. They will design solutions across all sales and service transactions that Telecommunication offers to customers, including complex processes such as managing multiple products, offers, device eligibility rules, and business process flows across ordering, billing, provisioning, and technical support.

The role requires strong expertise in Agile, industry‑standard workflow orchestration frameworks, Voice of Customer, Service‑Oriented Architecture, mobile, web, and voice‑chat technologies. The architect will help drive personalized experiences by leveraging insights from systems of intelligence and AIML modeling, and will apply knowledge in AIML and Generative AI to enhance the customer experience framework with large‑language‑model solutions. High standards, technical acumen, scalability, and performance focus are essential to build solutions that sustain ultra‑high volumes of traffic.

The role involves extensive collaboration with large functional teams across business, IT, and data science/engineering to design solutions for business transformation use cases across the entire customer lifecycle. The resource will work independently, bring technical expertise and thought leadership to drive best‑in‑class architecture, and foster alignment and adoption of solutions across the GTS group. They will also conduct discovery and prototype of new AI technologies, with experience in PEGA Workflow Case Management, Pega recommendation, Google Cloud Platform, Google CCAI, LLM models, and Adobe considered a plus.

Methodologies and best practices will be defined, research performed, and open‑source and vendor products evaluated—especially in non‑functional requirement areas such as performance and scalability within the Dev Ops pipeline. The resource will independently drive prioritization and phasing of features and user stories, balancing business priorities, work complexity, and team readiness to ensure high‑level designs and solution designs deliver business outcomes.

All related decisions will be made autonomously.

Build long‑lasting relationships with business teams to deeply understand their roadmaps and strategic goals. Ensure use cases and overall architecture align with roadmaps. Conduct reviews, demos, and presentations for C‑suite and various business executives.

• 10‑12 years of work experience in large enterprise systems for Fortune 500 companies—preferably telecom or service provider—focused on front‑end web application full‑stack systems.
• 2‑3 years of experience with Service Management solutions.
• 2‑3 years of experience with the Pega Platform and designing integration with Pega Solution.
• 2‑3 years of experience in AIML modeling and GenAI technologies.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, ReactJS, JSON, RESTful APIs, etc.
• Experience building reusable components and front‑end libraries for future use is desirable.
• Knowledge of modern authentication mechanisms such as JWT.
• Advanced knowledge of system relationships and architecture.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Google CCAI, LLM models, and Adobe (plus).
