Sr. Business Analyst

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Business Analyst to help turn complex business and marketing data into clear, actionable insight for leadership in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will shape reporting frameworks, strengthen data foundations, and deliver dashboards that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who can bridge technical data work with business priorities and collaborate effectively with executives, marketing stakeholders, and data partners.

Responsibilities:

- Build, refine, and maintain executive and marketing dashboards that present performance trends and business outcomes in a clear, decision-ready format.

- Partner with data engineering and cross-functional teams to structure, clean, and organize data from multiple platforms into reliable reporting sources.

- Develop and manage core datasets in platforms such as Big Query to support analytics, visualization tools, and scalable reporting needs.

- Translate raw information into meaningful business analysis that helps identify growth opportunities, campaign performance patterns, and operational improvements.

- Establish and promote sound data governance and reporting practices to improve accuracy, consistency, and confidence in business metrics.

- Work closely with leadership to answer strategic questions, uncover insights, and create reporting that supports revenue-focused decisions.

- Leverage tools such as Looker, Power BI, Segment, Mixpanel, Salesforce, and related platforms to support advanced analysis and visualization.

- Contribute to the design of attribution reporting models, including first-touch, last-touch, and future multi-touch measurement approaches.

- Serve as a senior analytical resource across departments by identifying reporting gaps, solving data-related challenges, and supporting deeper segmentation analysis. Requirements - At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, data analytics, or a closely related field.

- Prior experience supporting executive or C-level stakeholders with reporting, insights, and strategic analysis.

- Strong proficiency with Big Query and visualization platforms such as Looker or Power BI.

- Hands-on experience working with marketing and product data tools, including platforms such as Segment, Mixpanel, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Google Ads.

- Ability to write queries and build analytical datasets from the ground up for reporting and decision support.

- Demonstrated understanding of data warehousing concepts, source-of-truth reporting, and scalable data practices.

- Strong business judgment with the ability to connect analysis to growth, marketing performance, and organizational objectives.

- Comfortable working independently in a senior-level role while collaborating effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Innovation starts with people.®
