Service Desk Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Service Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft administration experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach to IT support.

Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and end-user issues. Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra , and Intune. Support Windows 11 desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications. Manage user accounts, permissions, device enrollment, and endpoint compliance policies. Troubleshoot Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Outlook, and Exchange Online. Perform workstation imaging, configuration, deployment, and hardware troubleshooting.

Provide professional technical support to employees and senior executives. Document incidents, resolve tickets, and escalate complex issues as needed. Qualifications Experience in Service Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support within a corporate environment. Hands-on administrative experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra , Microsoft 365, and Intune. Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting and endpoint management experience. Familiarity with Active Directory, SCCM, VPNs, networking, and Windows Server.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume support environment. Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
