Senior VIP AV​/Desktop Support

Required Skills:

5+ years of desktop support experience, including white-glove/VIP executive support to assist users with hardware, software, AV, and connectivity issues.

Strong troubleshooting skills with Microsoft 365, Outlook, MacOS/iOS, Zoom, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and network connectivity.

Experience supporting conference room and AV technologies, including Crestron systems, and documenting incidents in Service Now.

Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, accountable, and independent approach to support.

Comfortable working onsite and providing face‑to‑face support with confidence.

Willingness to work flexible hours.

Experience working with Service Now or similar ticketing systems.
