Our clients recognize the value we add based upon our professional service and ability to advice and offer products for their needs. Specializing in Commercial Lines, Homeowners, Auto,Boat,Motorcycle Insurance.
We are growing and looking for individuals in customer service /account management opportunities.
Requirements:- BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH
- Insurance or similar industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication and ability to listen to client concerns
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Work and general computer software
- Ability to maintain synergy in a small group environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Service of insurance: commercial and personal property/casualty insurance
- Agency book of business management
- Assisting office staff in maintaining/procuring opportunities within client base
- Keep clients needs in focus with their insurance needs.
- Flexible schedule available for those attending school, etc.
- Generous Bonus/Commission structure on new and selected renewal business.
- Training will be given in First Solution Insurance business processes.
